Alongside our amazing team of BCBAs, you will implement top tier behavior therapy programs through one-on-one therapy, data collection, and teamwork to offer an incredibly valuable service to kiddos and families who rely on the InBloom team every day. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Follow the behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA/BCaBA to address specific behavioral goals and objectives for each client.Direct Client Care: Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings, such as homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions, ensuring data integrity and consistency.Progress Monitoring: Collaborate with the supervising BCBA/BCaBA to track and report client progress towards behavioral goals and make necessary adjustments to the intervention plan when required.Behavior Reduction Techniques: Utilize approved behavior reduction techniques and strategies as outlined in the behavior intervention plan to address challenging behaviors.Skill Acquisition: Assist clients in acquiring and developing functional skills, communication abilities, and appropriate social behaviors.Parent/Caregiver Training: Provide training and support to parents/caregivers on implementing behavior intervention techniques and strategies in the home environment.Professionalism: Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavior analysis while maintaining client confidentiality.Documentation: Complete required paperwork, progress reports, and session notes in a timely manner.Communication: Maintain open communication with the BCBA/BCaBA, parents/caregivers, and other team members involved in the client's treatment.Qualifications:About you: What Makes You a Great CandidateEarly education, special education, childcare, or personal experiencePassion for working with children and helping othersHigh School Diploma or GED required.
