YOUR ROLE

• Analyze competitor products and strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  
  
• Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape for hair care products.
  
  
• Analyze financial data related to product launches, including sales performance, pricing strategies, and return on investment.
  
  
• Assist in developing business cases and financial models to evaluate the potential impact of new product launches.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment on financial targets and objectives.
  
  
• Provide insights and recommendations on pricing, promotional strategies, and product positioning based on financial analysis and market research.
  
  
  YOUR SKILLS
  
  
  • Undergraduate student currently enrolled in at least their sophomore pursuing a degree in business or marketing with a minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Communication skills: collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude
    
    
  • Project management skills: strong work ethic and ability to meet project deadlines
    
    
  • Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    
    
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
    
    
  • Knowledge of Brand Marketing: Familiarity with brand marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
    
    The salary for this role is $20.00 - $27.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
