Responsibilities will include:

• Inpatient Follow up and developing recommendations for specialty care
• Performing hospital consults
• In office follow ups
• New consults in the office
• Seeing continuity of care patients with chronic infections-such as HIV and viral hepatitis Requirements:
  • Valid Connecticut license is required
