We are seeking an individual who can actively contribute to our hospitality recruiting efforts, crucial for meeting the demands of our elite clientele. Our firm supports some of the most prestigious and top facilities in the Tri-State area, and we are looking for individuals who are ready to make meaningful contributions to our team.Details! - - Full-Time (5 standard 8 hr days) -
- Salary Range: $41,600 - $45,000
- Various Shift Times include - 8:30am-4:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, and 11am-7pm -
- Office Location: Glastonbury, CT -
- To be successful in this role; Volume -onboarding, interviewing, and experience in the Hospitality field is a must. -Recruitment Focuses Include: -
- -Interviewing -incoming candidates (We provide a healthy pipeline!) -and utilizing ATS digital methods for on-boarding process

- Has a fantastic attitude and coachable personalityResponsibilities--- Screen candidates resumes and job applications--- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule--- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes--- Regularly communicate with management and coordinating department to assess needs--- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process--- Promote company's reputation as "best place to work" Skills--- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffingagency recruiter highly preferred)--- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, and/or competency-based)--- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)--- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills--- Strong decision-making skillsRequirements:
- Has some -experience in Hospitality field, associates degree preferred, and sales -experience is a plus. -
- Hiring manager / HR / Onboarding / Recruitment / Staffing experience -
- US Authorized, 18+ and Can pass a background / -pre employment screen
- Reliable transportation
