What a Field Sales Representative does: Field agents work approximately 20-29 hours, per week, in their territory Tuesday - Saturday . Semi-flexible schedule, but must work within primetime hours of 4pm-8pm, Tuesday-Friday and at least 6 hours on Saturday. You'll spend your week going door-to-door to residences throughout your territory with the goal of having valuable, face-to-face conversations and educating them about TING. You'll present and take orders for the fastest most reliable fiber internet service to residents. Meet weekly sales goals and metrics. A confident communicator. Proficient in using company-issued iPhones, iPads, and CRM systems to manage and document daily activities. Must own a reliable automobile, possess a valid driver's license, and have current auto insurance with limits that meet the state minimum. Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. Prolonged periods of traveling from door-to-door in a residential area to conduct in-person sales meetings. Must be able to carry up to 15 pounds.
