Position: Behavior Technician (BT)

Starting Wage: $18 per hour

Responsibilities:

-Implement behavior and skill acquisition treatment plans under the guidance of BCBAs. -Provide one-on-one assistance to clients in daily activities, prioritizing trauma-informed care and meeting kids' individual needs. -Monitor client behavior, collect data, and maintain accurate records. -Foster open communication with families and staff members, respecting children's voices and promoting regulation and connection over compliance.

Qualifications:

-Prior experience in a behavioral health setting is advantageous but not required. -Passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being. -Working towards or completed a degree in Child Psychology/Neurology, Child Development, Special Education, or Teaching.
