Be our next Senior Project Manager, Louisiana Group Manager Your work environment at EXP EXP US Services is seeking a Louisiana Division Manager,responsible for leadership, strategy, growth, business execution, and operations for the Louisiana Division, NG Sector, of EXP US Services, Inc. US operations. The successful candidate is promoting the company culture and vision and is responsible for the efficiency of the business for the Division, which includes maintaining control of the operations by establishing, communicating, and enforcing all EXP US Services, Inc. policies and procedures. Additionally, the successful candidate assesses emerging market opportunities and grows revenue through expanding current and future client relationships, and drives growth synergies across the EXP US Services, Inc. group. As part of the leadership of the Sector, responsibilities include direct supervision of technical subject matter experts, Project Managers, production resources, and administrative persons located in the Louisiana Division geography. In addition, the Louisiana Division Manager may serve as the Project Manager for certain strategic projects, serving our clients in a technical role as well as an impartial point of contact for any concerns, advice, feedback or additional support: The successful candidate will lead and coordinate alternative delivery pursuits and assure compliance with EXP's policies; leading and managing multidisciplinary teams to support our US offices to develop EXP's presence in the Louisiana market for large PPPs and complex infrastructure projects. Responsible for business and commercial opportunities in the Louisiana Division for Alternative Delivery, including identifying and learning about the selection process for target projects, negotiating teaming agreements with partners, team members selection and final presentations of the team to stakeholders, actively participating and leading the pursuit of specific projects in coordination with construction companies and concessionaries: In this role, the successful candidate is the Key Account Manager for certain key clients. Currently, key clients include: - Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD)
- Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA)
- US Army Corps of Engineers (UASCE)
- Water & Wastewater Agencies in Louisiana including those receiving BIL 2021 and/or DWRLF funding What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Evaluate existing client portfolio and establish key performance indicators partnering with the Business Development, Corporate Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to increase sales.
- Develop and execute plans that achieve growthby building a diversified slate of clientcontracts.
- Analyze, develop, and execute the strategy to secure long-term relationships with relevant clients.
- Leverage EXP US Services, Inc. technology capabilities to support and grow the technical teams.
- Drive strategic initiatives that will streamline processes and quickly increase the ability to scale the group.
- Coordinate with Sector VP Operations to identify and recruit staff locally to grow core capabilities to serve strategic clients.
- Work with the Project Teams to support their delivery and quality for assigned projects.
- Responsible for developing growth strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals, etc. What your experience looks like
