- Manages a portion of the sales activities within the division with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing.
- Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet sales goals.
- Provides guidance to team members within latitude of established company policies.
- Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect group.
- Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
- Follows processes and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and results.
- Acts as advisor to team members in meeting sales objectives and/or resolving problems.
- Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements, and may have budget responsibilities.What you bring:

- In-depth knowledge of Worldpay products and services
- General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices
- Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner
- Skill in productivity, planning and workload management
- Requires solid decision-making and problem solving skills
- Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements
- Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
- Ability to show established track record of involvement in industry trade groups preferred
- Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public
- Ability to identify, address and resolve employee related issues
