Immediate need for an Administrative Assistant in the Oil and Gas Industry!

We are currently seeking individuals who demonstrate professionalism, a strong work ethic, productivity, problem solving and critical thinking skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.



Duties for this exciting opportunity will need you to create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system, and sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.

? Create mail merges

? Scanning

? Preparing certification letters

? 4 or more years
