Find your next career opportunity and make a difference doing what you love at Restore First Health.Position Summary:Restore First Health is looking to add a highly skilled and experienced full-time Medical Director to its rapidly expanding advanced therapy wound team.The Medical Director will oversee and lead our mobile wound care team. The ideal candidate will provide expert medical guidance and clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patients throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Overseeing nurse practitioners and medical assistants, this position works collaboratively with the operations team to ensure high level of patient care as well as successful collaboration with home health, visiting physician practices and other integral referral sources to the practices. Leadership qualities include daily team management of clinical tasks and working on-the-road teams for timely clinical input and feedback as needed.--- 100% outpatient scheduling of patients (bedside care)--- No weekends and no call--- Practice consists of advanced wound care utilizing skin substitutes and other innovative at-home therapies --- Competitive guaranteed base salary starting at 315K-360k (negotiable)--- Comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, sign - on, relocation, malpractice, and 401K--- 2 office locations throughout the New Jersey area (Bloomfield and East Windsor) - choose to work at the one that is nearest your home!--- Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pathology, Wound Care, Vascular, or Infection Disease physicians welcome to apply--- Prefer a physician that does have experience working with wounds
