Job description ```Duties:``` - Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals - Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify the best insurance solutions for clients - Present and explain insurance policy options to clients - Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs - Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products - Collaborate with underwriters, claims representatives, and other professionals to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions ```Qualifications:``` - Must have a current, in good standing Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License -Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field - Strong knowledge of insurance products and services - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions - Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals - Experience in sales administration is preferred - Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in the insurance industry If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help clients protect their assets, we encourage you to apply for the Insurance Producer position.
