Basta of Id Est Hospitality Group is looking for talented support staff! We are seeking individuals available for immediate hire! Prior hospitality experience is considered a plus, but not required for this role - all we require is an eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.We pursue team members with a dedicated work ethic and a warm, hospitable demeanor. Above all, we are looking for well-presented, positive individuals who want to be part of a fun, fast-paced work environment.The ideal candidates fit the following criteria:

• Ability to assist in support positions, including food running and back waiting
• Passionate about food, wine, and people
• Excellent understanding of hospitality etiquette
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to understand and execute proper steps of service
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs
• Availability to work nights
