We are currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer (May 2024 Start Date - New Graduate) in our . As an Electrical Design Engineer (May 2024 Start Date - New Graduate) you will be responsible for electrical design on projects of various sizes and complexities. This role will also perform calculations, system design, equipment selections, reports, progress submittals and BIM instructions to assure project completeness and accuracy on time, within monetary budget, and in accordance with IMEG design standards.Some key duties and responsibilities include: - Independent design for some aspects of electrical systems for commercial buildings
- Coordinate, document, and schedule design projects
- Assist Senior Electrical Engineer with design projects
- Perform services and required by the contract services agreement
- Build, maintain, and develop client relationshipsKey skills and abilities needed for the position are:
- Precision in production of technical plans and drawings
- Knowledge and understanding of fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics
- Skill in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, CAD, and BIM programs
- Ability to perform quality control checks for electrical systems
- Strong ability to communicate both orally and writtenEducation and experience requirements are:
