Toolworks, a recognized leader in providing community-based services, is searching for a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Director for our Supported Living (SLS) and Independent Living (ILS) Programs for our Hearing Services unit. Key Responsibilities - Leadership & Operations: Oversee the daily operations of SLS and ILS, ensuring excellence in service and compliance with regulatory standards (CARF, DDS, etc.).
- Staff Development: Manage and mentor program managers and staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Client Advocacy: Lead in the development of client-centered plans, promoting self-advocacy, dignity, and respect.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain program compliance, including adherence to Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) mandates and timely incident reporting.
- Community Engagement: Represent Toolworks in the community, maintaining a professional demeanor and cooperative relationships with all stakeholders.
What We Require - Experience: Minimum of three years in a supervisory role, ideally within a community or human services setting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or a related field. Equivalent experience in the I/DD field may be considered.
- Skills: Exceptional report writing, time management, and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. Strong ability to work flexibly to meet client needs.
