We have many open needs for LOCUMS Psychiatrists ONSITE for a Correctional facility in Stockton, California. The Psychiatrist will provide extensive psychiatric services and work in a review, evaluation, or consultative capacity.$325 an hour x 40 hours weekly That's $676,000 a year 12 month contract for LOCUMS 1099 that will extendSchedule is 3 or 4 ten hour day shifts Mon - FriMeet with mentally ill patient-inmates for crisis interventions, face-to-face interviews, etc.Conduct mental health evaluations including criminal, psychiatric, and substance abuse case history to assess inmate's current needs and make treatment recommendations.QualificationsCurrent clean CA MD/DO License (or license in process)Current DEA CertificateYou must be board-certified or board eligibleMust be able to pass a DOJ fingerprint livescanMUST be able to speak and understand oral and written communication and write effectively in the English language.NEW GRADS OKAY w/LICENSEIf interested, please forward resume directly to me at .
