Learn more at The PSTS Portfolio Insights and Data Integration Coordinator, provide monitoring and tracking for the application of scientific data operational frameworks and harmonization efforts across J&J Innovative Medicine sites, including La Jolla CA, Spring House CA, Beerse Belgium, and Shanghai China. In partnership with the Director of PSTS Portfolio Insights and Data Integration and functional area project team representatives, this role will provide metrics by maintaining and monitoring scientific data projects to ensure deadlines are met, timely issue resolution, and drive cross functional efficiencies. This role will be responsible for fostering a collaborative culture and will work with many internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. He/She will serve as a visible and effective change agent for global initiatives and will seek to provide input to PSTS S&O strategic decision making. The PSTS Portfolio Insights and Data Integration Coordinator will participate on the PSTS S&O Data Integration Team. As a member of the PSTS S&O Data Integration Team, he/she will be responsible for collecting and collating data for metrics, success of implementation, and future strategic decision making. processes. The role will serve as a PSTS champion and will partner with others to increase awareness and application of data collection systems within PSTS. This role will also support the DPSD Due Diligence process. He/she will be responsible for the collection and follow up of important documentation, scheduling meetings and tracking all needed schedules and metrics to meet deadlines. This role will indirectly (through matrix relationships) interact with IT, Data Sciences and PSTS project teams and laboratory leadership providing cross functional connections and networks. The PSTS Portfolio Insights and Data Integration Coordinator will have a desire for learning and innovation, and continue career development through participation in scientific meetings, and expand knowledge in data technology and systems.
