People are at the heart of every connection we build, and together we can accomplish anything.What you'll be doing:Responsible for store management (lead and manage accountability) oversight of all operations for two locations in the Santa Rosa Market.Direct and support both stores to achieve Sales, EBIDAT, and KPI'sTrain and develop promotable Assistant Store Managers for in-market promotions.Assist DM & TSM in training initiatives and projectsPolicy, process, and training developmentStore remerchandising and merch trainingRecruiting and hiring in a difficult marketAssist DM in remote marketsAssist in new market developmentHiring for new storesAssisting DO and PM in project follow-upsAssist in coordinating merch delivery and set-up logisticsInspire, motivate, lead, and develop a store teamModel and foster a consumer centric mindset within the storeModel selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumersProvide direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision of the store staffOpen and close the storePrepare opening and closing paperworkGreet customers and assist customers in finding itemsAnswer phone courteouslyKeep store neat and clean at all timesRing sales on cash registerProcess merchandise shipmentsPrepare bank deposits and drop at bankBuy change for store as neededProcess damages, to include preparation of debit memosSupervise and assist training all personnelWork nights and weekendsPerform other duties as assigned by your Area Manager and/or Director of OperationsSet expectations for customer engagement, store policies and procedures to appropriately manage expenses while maximizing sales and profitabilityWhat You'll Need:Minimum 3-years of prior retail management experience as a Store ManagerExperience managing multiple locationsExperience staffing & recruitingHigh School DiplomaAbility to communicate clearly and effectivelyAbility to work independently and lead a teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to constructively coach others to succeedAble to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to climb a ladderMust be able to lift 25 poundsStanding for long periods of timeBi-Lingual a plusWhat You'll Learn:Leadership and organizational development skillsSales and merchandising best practices Customer service techniques including communication, and the ability to outperform the expectations of our customersThe ability to adapt to fast and unique situations to provide an amazing customer experienceHow to network and build long lasting relationships with both customers and your fellow employeesPay Range: USD $65,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
