In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services.

  What you'll do...
  
  
  • Conduct regular visits to established customer offices and jobsites to ensure all parts and service needs are met.
  • Use systematic planning and prospecting to generate sales leads.
  • Create and present accurate parts and service quotes.
  • Enter all activities into the customer relationship management system (CRM) daily.
  • Collect customer deposits, obtain credit card information or work with the customer and the credit department to create a charge account.
  • Actively participate in the meeting of department goals, including customer loyalty, revenue and gross profit.
  • Contribute to accurate customer name and address information in CRM system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
