Full-Time Events and Execution Coordinator - $23.00/hr - Valencia California

Job duties:

- Works with Sales Team on the coordination of events once contracted, including key client pre-event meetings

- Execute pre-event requirements and ensure all are fulfilled for successful events

- Ensures seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales while consistently delivering a high level of service.

- Manages, evaluates and troubleshoots events effectively; recommending and implementing adjustments to reduce park expenses and increase event revenue while maintaining high levels of guest experience satisfaction.

- Collaborates and provides recommendations, monitor the parks event workflow for all operational departments including Food and Beverage, Park Operations and Sales partners to ensure successful events.

- Conducts physical inspections of all areas of the facility to ensure accurate event setup and safety for patrons.

- Responsible for hanging and repair signs both inside and outside of both parks.

- Work with the Group Sales team in coordination of all onsite activation, signage placement, reports, compliance photos, client visits, film, television and photo shoots.

- Maintain all signs and sign frames to keep them clean and free of debris, defects, and water spots.

- Other duties as assigned.





Skills and Qualifications:

- Must have the ability to lift 50lbs multiple times throughout the day.

- Must be able to work outside with basic hand tools.

- Must have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Out of the box, creative thinker with an enthusiastic attitude.

- Ability to work in fast pace, ever changing team environment.

- Must be well organized with excellent time management skills.

- Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

- Must be people friendly.

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
