It takes an entire team to stand behind something big.Job SummaryThe California Quality Assurance Analyst will develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing for California's processes and requirements. The position will report to the nearest branch office and fold into the legal department; the travel requirements will be at least two trips a month to branch locations in California.Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that services meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability.
  • Communicates quality standards and parameters to the field operators and business development team.
  • Coordinates and conducts testing.
  • Identifies and analyzes deficiencies and drafts reports based on branch and other audits.
  • Works with other members of the legal department to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Location: California preferred Southern California (able to report regularly to a branch)Salary: $70,000 / yearEducation and Experience:
      • High School diploma or equivalent
      • Preferred: Associate degree or higher
      • Prefer experience in hourly staffing industries within CaliforniaPhysical Requirements
        • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
        • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
