It takes an entire team to stand behind something big.Job SummaryThe California Quality Assurance Analyst will develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing for California's processes and requirements. The position will report to the nearest branch office and fold into the legal department; the travel requirements will be at least two trips a month to branch locations in California.Duties/Responsibilities - Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that services meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to the field operators and business development team.
- Coordinates and conducts testing.
- Identifies and analyzes deficiencies and drafts reports based on branch and other audits.
- Works with other members of the legal department to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Associate degree or higher
