Johnson and Johnson MedTech is currently recruiting a Head of Hardware for the Ottava Surgical Robotic Platform. This position is based out of Santa Clara, CA. The Head of Hardware Engineering leads a team of 100+ Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and is responsible for Hardware Engineering across all Ottava systems. This position is responsible for building technical capabilities and influencing the program's direction and financial results through a sharing of technical expertise. At this level, the position has a direct contribution to the development of business strategies and is responsible for leading and managing multiple teams of professionals. This position reports to Vice President of Ottava R&D.
