- Developing and implementing the marketing communications plan for building the SALONORY brand across all touchpoints, including our website, emails, marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with local and international digital team and ensure that all customer journeys are optimized.
- Create and manage the social media plan and manage the content, measurement and paid social ad budget to drive engagement and incremental sales.
- Work closely with the brands to develop and manage overall communications calendar, develop multi-brand events and creative and media plan to support campaigns.
- You will develop the content strategy for the website, working with internal and external partners and brands to drive site engagement and content to be utilized in CRM and social touchpoints.
- Manage creative for paid media campaigns by working closely with planning/buying agency for display, SEM and paid social and analyze results to drive acquisition, retention, and sales growth.
- You will develop a data-driven decision approach with appropriate KPIs to analyze and measure all activities, make recommendations and optimizations and share and present findings to local and leadership teams.
