An ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced NP who is comfortable seeing all ages. This NP will be the sole provider and should have 3 years of experience at a minimum to apply. Required Qualifications

• Current California Nurse Practitioner license
• Current DEA licensure
• Active CPR Certification
• Must have 3 years of recent primary care experience Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages
  • Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results
  • Complete annual wellness exams in office and occasional home visits
  • Perform therapeutic procedures with prioritizing preventative care
  • Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
