Arc Health is seeking a Family Practice Physician, NP or PA for a position in Santa Rosa, CA starting in April. This is to deliver high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, following accepted standards of medical practice. Responsibilities include responding to patients' medical/health issues, which involves history-taking, diagnosis, investigations, treatment, and referrals as needed, all while maintaining confidentiality and impartiality. Flexible scheduling options including 5 8-hour days, 4 10-hour days, and 3 weeks on/1 week off Minimum of 12 week commitment 2 week credentialing Shared night and weekend call (phone only) 16-20 patients per 8-hour day Must be willing and capable to provide urgent and emergent care EHR is NextGen All travel and accommodations paid by Arc Health Qualifications Current unrestricted license to practice in the state of California Current, unrestricted CA DEA Must hold current board certification 2+ years experience preferred, select new graduates considered Must possess a current BLS certificate.
