As a Business Unit HR Leader, you will provide strategic HR partnership to our Robotics Supply Chain organization, contribute to shaping business strategy, and drive aligned business outcomes. What You'll Do :

• Deliver both strategic and tactical HR support and coaching to employees and managers across the Robotics Supply Chain organization to drive achievement of business objectives in the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, talent management, performance management, change management, and workforce planning
• Consult and support all levels of management to build high performing, diverse and inclusive teams in alignment with our Credo to impact engagement, development, and retention of talent
• Utilize data to derive insights on talent trends to recommend, implement, and manage projects and programs
• Collaborate with the HRBP team and HR centers of excellence to build and implement programs and initiatives across client groups
• Partner with the business to ensure the organization is optimally set up to deliver on business strategy to position the team for the future
• Support and execute talent strategies to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent, including robust succession pipelines, critical talent planning and capability building (e.g., digital) deeper in the organization
• Partner with business leaders to shape culture and employee engagement strategies guided by Our Credo/Our Voice survey insights, employee sentiment, attrition and exit survey insights, and retention modeling, etc. More...
