Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Responsible for all month-end and quarter-end close related activities pertaining to the revenue recognition process for tools and other revenue; including contract review, revenue approval, reporting requirements and audit support. - Review customer contracts and purchase orders for revenue recognition to ensure compliance with company policies and appropriate revenue recognition standards under ASC 606.
- Prepare Fair Value analysis for multiple element arrangements.
- Prepare quarterly management revenue and analysis reports, account reconciliations, and other reports in support of filings and disclosure requirements.
- Assist with both external audit and internal SOX compliance by maintaining required documentation and assisting in any required testing cycle.
- Seek out process improvement initiatives that increases the efficiency and accuracy of revenue forecasting and the monthly close process.
- Work within core team to continue streamlining efforts to business processes, internal controls and system improvements to evolve them to a scalable, detailed set of procedures.
- Lead and assist with other special projects, as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA is a plus. Minimum Qualifications
