This team supports lululemon's overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce. A DAY IN THE LIFE - Supports the Supervisor with daily administrative tasks for their assigned department
- Supports Supervisor with daily email communication to business partners
- Supports with ensuring system accuracy within their department (IBM, WMS, LMS)
- Provides regular and adhoc reporting to Floor Leads and Supervisor for their department
- Will be assigned to a main department, however, may be required to support all areas of the distribution center including but not limited to value added services, receiving, returns, damages, picking, packing, transfers, shipping, and overall movement of inventory as business needs dictate with general department tasks.
- Engage in training, team building, meetings, and personal development.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment through our safety program and lean mentality. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with DC Guidelines and company policies
- Keeping the warehouse clean and always organized
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned by leadership QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Manhattan and WMS
- Ability to communicate professionally with business stakeholders both written and verbally
- Ability to effectively listen and provide direction to hourly workforce
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to analyze reporting
- Capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners, voice picking and new systems)
- Excellent counting skills and detail focused
- Ability to meet attendance requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment
- Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include nights, working required holidays, weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime MUST HAVES

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional team performance. The base pay range for this position is from $27.15-30.15/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position has a target bonus of an additional 5%, subject to certain requirements and the Company's discretion, bringing the total hourly target compensation range between $28.51- $31.66. Employees in this position may be eligible for shift premiums ranging from $1.00 -$1.00 per hour, depending on locationAt lululemon, investing in our people is a top priority.
