A successful and creative company is looking for an Executive Assistant for Senior VP. Need to be very proactive and be ten steps ahead. Will be coordinating changing calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence. Knowledge of retail operations is a plus. Will also be dealing with international travel arrangements and the necessary documentation to go overseas. Will be processing expense reports and should also possess strong knowledge on all Microsoft programs.
