Bilingual Spanish/Junior Administrative Assistant Immediately - Los Angeles California

Growing and well known Law Firm has an immediate need for a Bilingual Spanish/Junior Administrative Assistant.



JOB DUTIES:

Candidate will answer phones and schedule appointments for new prospective clients. This involves taking calls from prospective clients and obtaining information regarding their immigration and criminal law matters. Candidate must be responsive to needs of prospective clients and patiently explain to callers that they may schedule appointment to discuss their case with attorney. Candidate will explain to prospective clients that there is a consultation fee. Candidate is expected to secure appointments for first time callers. Candidate will also assemble court packets and immigration case packets. This entails following attorney's instructions in translating documents, paginating documents, preparing table of contents and making copies. Will also pull, track, classify, store, and retrieves data from files. Maintains letters, memos, invoices and other indexed records arranged in a file according to an established system. Searches & investigates information contained in files. Enters data, prepares reports, sorts mail, and photocopies.





JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree a huge plus! Minimum High School Diploma. Must have at least 1 year experience working in an office setting. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite. Good writing and communication skills (including spelling). Must be enthusiastic, organized and able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be able to work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced environment.
