Well known company looking to hire a Senior Administration Assistant



Duties: The Senior Administrative Assistant will support 2 C Level Executives.The role also provides back-up support to the CEO?s Executive Assistant. This role is responsible for traditional administrative duties, including: heavy calendaring, expense report preparation and submission, executive travel coordination, telephone coverage, document and presentation preparation, supply ordering, and meeting support. Meeting support includes preparing conference rooms, initiating calls and/or projection.The role will also take responsibility for ensuring excellent communication, organization and cross functional collaboration.



Qualifications and Guidelines: High School Diploma or equivalent. AS or BS preferred. Minimum 7 years office administration experience and minimum 4 years of project management involving good organization and communication skills Knowledge Of: ?Microsoft Office packages 2007 and 2010 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Access and Visio a plus! Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills, Excellent organization skills, Ability to work self-directed, Pro-active, Reliable and trust-worthy.
