Coordinate DOEs, PFMEAs , and other process improvement related projects, and write reports. Must be detail oriented, team player, flexible and self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills in interacting with team members and customers. -Manage assignments with urgency and drive completion efficiently. Must possess ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment, demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. This role in concert with quality organization ensures that customer requirements are implemented and met. Responsibilities includes but not limited to: configuring BOM's/routings for PCBAs/ systems in accordance with the product structure, standards and internal procedures, development and implementation tooling and processes , MPIs development and shop travelers and submit them through the ECO into Agile/Oracle environment.Qualification requirements:-BS in Engineering Discipline with minimum five years experience or equivalent in supporting PCBA processes-The position -requires working knowledge of automated pick-and-place machines, reflow oven profiling, stencil printing equipment, Wave soldering and tooling design experience.-Strong background in SMT processes and process development with the ability to serve as a technical representative.-Familiar with Box Build/System integration,
