Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Sr. Sales Support Specialist to join our team located in Signal Hill, CA. The Senior Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting Industrial Territory Managers and external Customers.Responsibilities

• Focuses on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problem
• Ensures ongoing accuracy of customer and product information
• Performs inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods
• Provides support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems
• Prepares analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow up documentation as appropriate to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the sales process
• Solves range of straightforward problems and delivers solutions in a timely manner
• Communicates clearly and follows up to close the loop on open customer needs
• Makes recommendations to external customers
• Completes non-routine assignments that required a longer timeframeAdditional Responsibilities Include
  • Basic dispute resolution help
  • Simple quotes and complex quote support
  • Vendor product research
  • Complex stock check
  • Entering contract pricing excluding PSA
  • Gas backorder management
  • Complex order entry
  • Microbulk supply disruption management
  • Confirmation of delivery schedule
  • Other duties as assigned
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Prior Sales Support experience is preferred
