We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. Job Overview: As an Advertising Sales Representative at T-Mobile Media Solutions, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new clients and encouraging relationships with existing ones. Demonstrating your digital media knowledge, communication skills, and analytical abilities, you will develop strategic business pipelines and deliver marketing solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will play a pivotal role in educating advertisers on the benefits of transitioning from traditional digital marketing strategies and improving their returns through our innovative ad solutions.Job Responsibilities: - Lead your business pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success while reaching your short-term revenue targets.
- Develop strategies that optimize market potential and drive revenue growth.
- Understand customer needs, market challenges and business requirements. Tailor advertising solutions to meet their objectives and prove out ROI.
- Educate new advertisers on the transitioning digital landscape from a cookie-driven environment to outstanding 1st party data solutions that will enable their success in the future.
- Utilize your industry relationships and comprehensive interpersonal skills to be present in market - making the most of the time you spend with industry colleagues and prospective accounts.Education:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)Work Experience:
- 2-4 years of full life-cycle digital media sales experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in building a book of business, leading to strategic team targets, and developing associated agreements.
- Experience in educating new advertisers on the benefits of transitioning from traditional media to digital marketing strategies
- Agency experience preferred
