We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our growing private equity team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our investment activities across the deal life-cycle. Responsibilities Conduct industry and market research to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities. Analyze financial statements, perform valuation modeling, and prepare investment memorandum to support investment recommendations. Participate in the due diligence process, including reviewing legal documents, conducting financial analysis, and identifying key risks and opportunities. Assist with deal structuring and negotiation alongside senior team members. Maintain and update financial models and internal databases. Prepare presentations and other communication materials for internal and external audiences. Support portfolio company monitoring and reporting activities. Stay abreast of current market trends and industry developments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role (prior internship experience may be considered for exceptional candidates). Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (proficiency in Excel is essential). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information concisely. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
