Assist with administer existing benefit plans (including health care, disability, pension, wellness, etc.) and ensure prompt and accurate compliance with all applicable legal offerings and compliance policies and practices; interact with employees to ensure efficient benefit management. Coordinate and document LOA`s, FMLA`s and insure proper interpretation to the employee`s of any an all benefit options. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must for this fast paced and challenging position.Company is open to candidates that have some experience with the ability to learn more.
