The role is based at the corporate headquarters in Carson, CA with hybrid on site work guidelines. Position Duties : Build and direct the global strategic roadmap of branded professional prestige skincare innovation: new products, devices and services. Envision and conceptualize original branded skin treatment offerings and services for global markets. Articulate and oversee the concept, design and formulation of products used in treatments, and bring new branded offerings to market via professional (B2B) channels.Coordinate with local markets to ensure clients' needs are met through brand and product offerings. Direct and lead the development of product launches and global launch campaigns, including directly supervising one Marketing Coordinator. Manage the Dermalogica brand reputation. Create sales collateral and share throughout the global organization. Serve as the public face/voice of brand innovation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, or related, or equivalent, plus 15 yrs. Experience in the beauty/skincare industry in B2B (business to business) marketing or business management. Master's degree accepted in lieu of 2 yrs. experience. 15 yrs. must include: 1) direct experience in marketing of prestige beauty products; 2) demonstrated knowledge of B2B marketing principles and methodologies; 3) firm grasp of professional B2B channels and of services design; 4) experience in product development and/or global marketing; and 5) international profile and/or exposure to global markets. Salary: Starting at $195,936 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, and budget.
