Our Field Support Specialists are responsible for transfering written notes on the work order(s) by Field Representatives into WinCopy, SolCom, and Excel sheets. -
This role is a full time positon with a standard work schedule Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm -with some overtime on an as-needed basis. -

Responsibilities
Essential Functions

• Enter status of all work orders to and from the field into various systems, and reports.
  
• Track work orders held in the field, and report possible missing work orders to supervisor.
  
• Redistribute work orders, records, X-Ray films, and any other item(s) to other departments as required.
  
• Communicate with personnel in the field when required.
  
• Correspond with all departments concerning status and movement of work orders in the field or in the field department via email and phone.
  
• Maintain and organize work flow of all new incoming work orders and deliveries received.
  
• Log in / status Field Representative's daily routes efficiently on daily basis.
  
• Route and status deliveries received on daily basis.
  
• Communicate and report all errors identified to the Field Supervisor.
  
• Weekly work flow and billing month end expectations may require extended hours.dmi

  Field Support Specialists come from various backgrounds including data entry, medical, legal, insurance, clerical, customer service, and more! -
  
  
  
  • High School graduate and/or GED equivalent. College education is desirable but not required.
    
  • Strong attention to detail. -
    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -
    
  • Telephone system, computer, fax machine, copiers/scanners
