Rotating Shifts & Rotating Days Off--General Purpose:Proficient in all aspects of the plant and different plant duties. Responsible to relief different job duties of the plant such as: Milk receiver, Vat operator, Table operator, Molder operator, Brine room attendant, Packaging lead. Responsible to learn all production, packaging, sanitation, and whey plant jobs and responsibilities.--Job Duties and Responsibilities:All Vat Operator duties and responsibilitiesAll Table Operator duties and responsibilitiesAll Cook/Operator duties and responsibilitiesAll Milk Receiver duties and responsibilitiesAll Loader Operator duties and responsibilitiesAll Production Lead Person duties and responsibilitiesAll Scale Operator duties and responsibilitiesAll RO Operator duties and responsibilitiesRecon Attendant responsibilitiesPerform any other duties as required to run a safe, sanitary and efficient operationMaintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issuesDedicate effort to safety as we expect every employee to leave work in the same condition as they arriveFollow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsExhibit the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America through honesty, discretion, and sound judgmentAdhere to all DFA Quality, Safety and GMP policies and procedures and report any nonconformityAttend required training, including but not limited to, Safety, GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Safe Quality Foods (SQF)Responsible for monitoring and taking corrective actions when necessary for a critical control--point as part of the plant HACCP planEnsure that all documentation is done correctly and turned in promptlyThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.--Other duties may be assigned as requiredPayCompetitive pay - $25.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experienceRate includes $1.00 shift differential for hours worked between 6 PM and 6 AMPaid OvertimeHiring Bonus $1,500.00BENEFITSMedicalDentalVision401k Employer MatchLife Insurance - Company PaidAD&D, STD and LTD - Company Paid144 hours of Paid VacationPaid HolidaysPaid Sick Time More...
