Overview:$20.29 / hour -Knott's Scary Farm is seeking enthusiastic, guest-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Venue Supervisors oversee and manage the operation of our haunted attractions during the Halloween season and are responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and associates while maintaining the highest level of customer service and show quality. An ideal candidate is a proven confident leader and is available to attend all job-specific training and Scary Farm event dates. -Knott's is an equal-opportunity employer. Performers must be at least 18 years old. -We support a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing, physicals, and background checks. -KNOTT'S SCARY FARM EVENT DATES ARE AS FOLLOWS*:(September) 19, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 28, 29,(October) 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27, 31,(November) 1, 2*Event dates are subject to change - Responsibilities: - Maintain the quality of the show from opening to closing, ensuring that each performance is consistent and follows the set guidelines predetermined by Scary Farm management
- Maintain the highest quality of the show for our guests by ensuring the venue is set/ready/open each night
- Move or change the location of talent positions (due to the lack of staffing/emergencies, safety) to ensure the same quality of the show for all guests
- Monitoring and keeping a daily schedule for the cast and crew of your venue/area
- Track all scheduling adjustments (overtime, callouts, day off switches, and late/early leave situations)
- Keep detailed notes on the venues/areas productivity and take any corrective actions as deemed necessary
- Notating any issues in performance and reporting them to the correct parties
- Handling any personnel issues with the crew and cast
- Handles issues, employee concerns, guest complaints, special requests, losses, and any other unusual occurrences or situations
- Managing and reporting any guest complaints/concerns/questions
- Notating changes in the operation of cast and crew
- Upholds all policies and demonstrates a commitment to customer service in all aspects of employment
- Providing guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions, and giving accurate directions -Maintaining cleanliness and safety in assigned work area, performing all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements, and reporting all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision. -Meeting scheduling availability requirements that include nights, weekends, and holidays. - -Fulfilling attendance requirements as outlined in Cedar Fair's attendance policies. -Adhering to Cedar Fair's Rules of Conduct, including specific costuming and grooming standards as outlined in Employee Guidelines and another park/division-specific policies and procedures -
