Our employees are recognized for their strong technical design skills and comprehensive expertise across all phases of land development.Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central design figure on a team, designing layouts for rough and precise grading, erosion control plans, public, offsite, and street improvements, as well as underground utilities including water and sewer.
• Prepare technical reports covering hydrology, hydraulics, earthworks, sewer capacity, water demand, etc.
• Engage in preliminary, DD, and CD phases, completing due diligence, feasibility studies, and entitlements; provide construction support through site visits, project coordination, and responding to RFIs.
• Independently perform complex design tasks and solve major design issues with minimal supervisory input.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in land development design, depending on previous experience.
  • At least two years of experience in independently solving complex engineering problems within land development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, LDD, and/or Civil 3D software.Benefits:
