We are looking for an AWESOME (see below) Registered Dental AssistantMust have RDA license and at least 5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.Clinical skills that will be required: - Taking traditional impressions when needed.
- Making temporary crowns.
- Itero or another 3D digital scanning.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Answering phones, taking messages, and outbound calls for patient lab work
- Taking digital x-rays.
- Assisting doctor where needed
- Assisting team members where needed

- Back office management.
- Being in the operatory and assisting the Doctor at all times.
- High-quality patient comfort and care.
- Charting.
- Set up and break down rooms.
- Keeping rooms stocked.
- Keeping sterilization room, lab, and operatories organized and stocked.
- Instrument sterilization and maintenance promptly.
- Operatory maintenance.
- High-quality infection control.
- Communication with the front desk regarding treatment, treatment plans, and next visit appointments.
- Has the "hustle" needed when the schedule is high-paced
- Professionalism when addressing patients, and staff.
