Start working the way you have imagined with a top automotive manufacturer!Volt is immediately hiring a for an Human Resources Admin / Analyst for an immediate hybrid opportunity in Fountain Valley, CA.As an HR Admin / Analyst you will:

• Assist with creating presentation materials, administers the offboarding process, and supports various HR projects in relation to compliance and policy updates.
• Provide administrative support for HR Business Partner team.
• Support collection and creation of presentation materials for HR Business Partners.
• Create and track recurring agenda and project timelines.
• Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR practices and policies.
• Assist with audit compliance by adhering to guidelines established regarding the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and other related documentation to support compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate cross functionally to administer HR processes and procedures, follow up to ensure completion of HR requirements.Hours are full time, M-F from 8am- 5pm. This role is hybrid, working 2 days onsite/3 days from home. Position is temp for 6-12 months, possibly longer but also offers a foot in the door of a top company known to hire on our talent.The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 2 - 5 Years of Direct HR Systems, and/or General HR experience required
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including problem solving, collaboration and relationship building.
  • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced level Excel skills; Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting
  • Visio experience preferred.
