In this role, you'll lead and manage multi-billion-dollar projects, with budgets up to $50M in this highly visible plant. You'll be given the chance to put your skills to the test, with projects like the $25M energy-saving investment, one of the largest of its kind in California.Youll be encouraged to think creatively, bring new ideas to the table, and take your career to the next level. Excellent relocation packageResponsibilities:
Develop capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.
Resource Capital Projects with Corporate Engineering $20M-$50M annually.
Participate in and lead projects to improve safety, quality, costs, and customer service.
Help the plant achieve financial goals.
Conduct internal systems audits.
Provide Project and Technical support. Qualifications: Qualifications:
Engineering Degree or related degree + manufacturing experience
10+ years of experience in manufacturing. Food/Beverage/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule and during weekends and holidays as needed.
