The Graphic Designer will be working with the design and merchandising departments to design complete (concept to production) apparel graphics for our quick to market program, as well as, working from inspiration to generate artwork and patterns for our seasonal product offering in an efficient and timely manner. In addition to printables and pattern design, you will work with Merchandising to present current trends and how you will apply them to the mnml.la brand aesthetic. As our Graphic Designer, you will be creating at least 20 styles a month for the quick-to-market program to merchandise with existing and new product offerings. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to develop graphics and applications to all types of products, from tee shirts to denim.
- Research current trends consistent with existing brand aesthetic to be generated into original artwork for our Quick to Market Program.
- Work from graphic inspiration to create original graphic designs to align with seasonal product offering.
- Create print, graphic layouts, and provide colorways for existing successful styles.
- Create CADs and Tech packs to communicate placement of graphics on garments.
- Communicate with the product development team and vendors to ensure proper execution of prints and applications.
- Develop 20 to 40 new styles each month.
