Pay rate: $20 - 26/hr.
Schedule: 1st shift

Accounting Assistant job task include:

• Apply customer payments
  
• Deposit incoming checks online
  
• Performs collections activities via phone/e-mail and collect on past due accounts
  
• Resolve payment discrepancies
  
• Maintain past due account spreadsheet
  
• Process credit card orders
  
• Match invoices to purchase order receipts
  
• Process A/P invoices
  
• Interface with purchasing department on payable discrepancies
  
• Process weekly check runs
  
• Manage daily cash spreadsheet
  
  Qualified candidates will have four years of related experience.
