The Opportunity -Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring for a full-time or part-time HVAC Technician to join our team at Tenaya Lodge At Yosemite in Fish Camp, Caliornia. As an HVAC Technician, you will monitor performance of electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, building repair maintenance systems.     • Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions, install, replace, or repair damaged equipment, and calibrate thermostatic controls.
    • Install new heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems; repair and replace damaged or worn heating
    • Inspect and observe pressure of liquids and vapor with HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation of units
    • Washing out units
    • Replacing fans and motors
    • Maintaining all aspects of commercial and residential HVAC units on the property
    • Assist in other aspects of the maintenance department as needed
    • Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions, installs, replaces, or repairs damaged equipment.
    • Install new heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems; repair and replace damaged or worn belts/bearings.
    • Inspect and observe pressure of liquids and vapor with HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation of units and make necessary adjustments.
    • Operate company vehicles for transportation across the property as neededQualifications -
      • Minimum of 1 year experience in general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration
      • Must have Universal EPA license
      • Valid driver's licensePhysical Requirements -
        • Ability to lift at least 70 lbs frequently
