Responsibilities:

--- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
--- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
--- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
--- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
--- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
--- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
--- Promoting the sale of properties through ads, social media, open houses, and listing services
--- Preparing representation contracts, offer-to-purchase agreements, and listing agreements
--- Interviewing clients to determine their property needs, then showing those properties

Qualifications:

--- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
--- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
--- Self-motivation and drive
--- Past sales experience is preferred
--- Technology driven

--- Professional in attitude and appearance
