Provides administrative support to the marketing team, including work on event logistics, purchase orders, and marketing automation support as well as event efficiencies

Sales promotion assistance, pricing/planning, logistical management, pricing execution

Assist in Social Media initiatives as needed

May provide appropriate market research as needed to support marketing initiatives and competitive analysis

Serves as point of contact for the office

Assists with general office responsibilities such as ordering supplies, Fed Ex shipments, copy and fax machine maintenance, some filing and mail distribution

Act as a liaison with vendors and internal employees

Help with facility issues as needed

Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

1 or more years of marketing in high-tech, ideally in a B2B environment Strong communication, organization and analytical skills

Experience in event coordination

Experience in managing multiple projects

Passion for marketing
