The initial contract will last 12 months but there is the possibility of indefinite extension! <br>&nbsp;<br>Here&#39;s what we&#39;re looking for:&nbsp;<br>&bull; Coordination of hardware and software ordering, tracking orders and returns. <br>&bull; Update organizational charts and distribution lists.<br>&bull; Facilitate meetings, prepare Powerpoint decks and handle A/V setup. <br>&bull; Help with additional administrative duties. <br>&bull; Someone with great customer service skills.<br>&nbsp;<br>We&#39;d love if you are proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project) and have excellent communication skills.
